How To Start Your Day and Get Productive

Gandang umaga!

One of the struggles ng almost lahat ng tao ay kumpaano natin magagawang productive ang ating bawat araw.

Lalo sa panahon ngayon na halos araw araw ay parating ganun na lang ng ganun ang ating mga ginagawa dahil sa mahikpit na schedule ng buhay. Daily routine ‘ikanga.

In this post, I’ll share what I am doing to make my day productive and full of happy thoughts.

Konting k’wento:

Being blessed with a time schedule-(my class usually starts at 10 am) dati rati eh, super ako late magising. Knowing that my lessons are all prepared (in mind). Yes, I know my job very well. But after n’un,tendency eh,magbabad na lang ng todo sa internet. Waste of time naisip ko. Kaya medyo iniba naman natin ang sitwasyon.

Bye muna for a while Facebook. And all social media churvah. This lasted for a month,I think. (Nasabayan pating nagkasakit…so that also is a  great reason!)

And even though I could wake up as late i I want, kinaya kong magising na ng maaga.

Chunks of my routine. It is up to you if you’d like to practice it but it works for me.

1.I meditate after waking up. 

-Tulad ninyo pareho tayo d’yan. Nagmumuni -muni at nagpe-pray dahil nagising tayong muli. At nagpapasalamat sa bagong araw. Bagong pag-asa. Bagong tayo. The new “us”. Bow.

2. Text a “Good morning “message to loved ones.

-It is quite exempted- di ko maalis na hard habit. (Actually I read na definitely off from texting, and social media is a must kaso lang, kung gi -greet ka lang naman eh, okey na rin.)

Then turn off the phone. Pag ‘yan na-master mo, ikaw na! <3

3. You wash your face,brush your teeth and gargle. 

-Para magising lalo ang diwa mo with a fresh breath and a clear smile. lol

Especially these days na kasalukuyang maraming taong sinasalakay ng pollen allergies dahil Spring season na dine  sa Japan. Hilamos hilamos din pag may time,mga besh!

4. Have a lemon water on an empty-stomach.

-Since high- blood ang lola ninyo, Started this lemon-water regime since 2016.

Easy to make and all natural pa.

Here’s the rekado-> 1tbsp-lemon juice->1tbsp honey ->2tbsp apple cider vinegar ->1 cup hot/cold water -> a dash of cinnamon. Mix together.Enjoy!

5. Monitoring blood pressure while sipping on that lemon drink.

-Kung normal naman kayo ay skip ninyo ito. It means you have extra time for anything else you want to do. Yay!

6. Stretch and Squat 

-Yes,you have read that right. Nag-i-stretch ang lola ninyo ng dumaloy naman ang mga dugo ng maayos.

And yes again, squatter ako! Nag-i-squat. Laughs*

Konting squat lang, dun lang sa kakayanin. Kung type mong damihan at maging sore ka forever, good sore…then,gawin mo. Squat pa more!

7. If #6 don’t work for you and maybe hindi mo type,then do this- ZUMBA!

-Play your favorite dancing hits -playlist! Kembot,giling kendeng here and there,pag di ka pinawisan at di ka nagiseng ewan ko na lang sa ‘yo!

8.Take a quick shower!

-Self explanatory-alam na this!

9.Eat your breakfast!

-Sinasabi ko rin sa sarili ko ‘yan. I tend to consume late breakfast and early lunch-the brunch. Pero sa mga mag-stay sa office ng matagalan, I dare you to eat your breakfast.

Oatmeal is the best recommendation for a quick breakky. Pandesal na may palamang Cheez Whiz  at kapeng mainit would be nicer,though!

9. Get ready to work. 

-Putting things up.

Wala dapat makalimutan, double check stuff na na-prepare na last night.

10. Savour the feeling of being energetic.

…and productivity continues the whole day.

Bonus : Do not be stunned if  some of  your colleagues notice something that is new with you.

For those of you who’d say na “wala kaming time para d’yan“, “ikaw ‘yan eh”, my answer would be a big “Nope!”

Need lang talaga nating gumising ng maaga kesa sa usual nating schedule. A little sacrifice will go a long way.
